Please read the following terms carefully. By booking with Black Sedan Chauffeur Service, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Secure Payments

Your safety is important to us.

  • All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted systems such as Stripe or Square.
  • We do not store any credit card information on our website!
  • Payments may be completed either at the time of booking, pickup, or after your ride.

Please note: Reservations under 2 hours may require payment via e-transfer, depending on the situation.

Professional Service & Flight Monitoring

Our team is committed to providing a seamless experience:

  • Our dispatch team actively monitors all flights for early arrivals or delays to ensure timely service
  • Your chauffeur will always be dispatched to arrive on time for your pickup
  • The chauffeur will use the provided phone number to contact you if needed

For Airport Pickups:

International flights: Your chauffeur will greet you with a sign after customs

Domestic flights: Your chauffeur will meet you with a sign at baggage claim

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change.

Free Cancellations

  • Within City: Cancel more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
  • Outside City: Cancel more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
  • Sprinter, Stretch Limousine & Party Bus: Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.

Late Cancellations (No Refund)

  • Within City: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to 100% of the reservation amount.
  • Outside City: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to 100% of the reservation amount.
  • Sprinter, Stretch Limousine & Party Bus: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to 100% of the reservation amount.

Changes to your booking (time or location) must be requested at least 2 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Chauffeur Details

For your convenience, your chauffeur’s name and contact number will be sent to you approximately 6-24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Hourly Bookings

For hourly services, any additional time used beyond the reserved duration will be charged at the standard hourly rate, plus applicable GST and gratuity.

Waiting Time

We’re happy to provide complimentary waiting time:

  • Airports & train stations: 60 minutes included
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes included

Additional waiting time will be charged at $0.70 CAD per minute.

No-Show Policy

If a passenger does not arrive at the pickup location after the complimentary waiting time and no prior notice is given, full fare will be charged.

Passenger Conduct & Service Conditions

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone:

  • No smoking or vaping in the vehicle
  • No alcohol consumption
  • No illegal substances

The booking client is responsible for all passengers. Any excessive mess or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees.

While we always strive to be on time, delays due to weather, traffic, or road conditions may occur and are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are violated or behavior is deemed inappropriate.
